Welcome. I’m Clive Burns.  Back in 2012, aged 46, I made the decision to get back in shape, lose the excess body fat, improve my fitness, and feel good about my body and health. I created a plan, committed to it, and documented the entire 150-day journey.
The result?  I lost 60% of my body fat, gained lean muscle, and became stronger, fitter, and healthier — mostly from home, eating my favourite foods and without stepping foot in a gym.  I maintained my optimal physique through my 50s and now into my 60s.
I’m a certified trainer and coach, but more importantly, I’ve successfully done the exact thing I now help others do. I’m not perfect and I don’t pretend to know everything, but I know how to get the fundamentals right — the things that actually move the needle in the right direction, and I do this on my terms, in my time and place.
The idea of this site is simple:  To transfer my expertise to you and give you clarity, skills, systems and confidence so you can take control of your body, improve your health, and create positive lasting changes, achieving your own results, your way.
