Welcome. Iām Clive Burns. Ā Back in 2012, aged 46, I made the decision to get back in shape, lose the excess body fat, improve my fitness, and feel good about my body and health. I created a plan, committed to it, and documented the entire 150-day journey.
The result?Ā Ā I lost 60% of my body fat, gained lean muscle, and became stronger, fitter, and healthier ā all from home, without stepping foot in a gym, and have maintained my physique through my 50s and now into my 60s.
Iām a certified trainer and coach, but more importantly, Iāve successfully done the exact thing I now help others do. Iām not perfect and I donāt pretend to know everything, but I know how to get the fundamentals right ā the things that actually move the needle in the right direction, and I do this on my terms, in my time and place.
